SHIPPING

  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing
  • Currently, orders are shipped via Canada Post/United States Postal Service
  • Packages are typical shipped with tracking and insurance (sometimes not for small items)
  • Delivery times will vary (we can not guarantee delivery by a specific date)
  • Orders are processed and delivered during business hours (Monday – Friday)
  • Shipping charges may be higher for heavy, oversized or remote destination shipping (we will contact you prior if charges differ from shipping rates below)

    DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING 

    • If a package arrives visibly damaged, keep all original shipping packages and take pictures, contact Trustori ASAP. 
    • Damaged item(s) claims are handled via the shipping carrier (Canada Post, UPS) but Trustori will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
    • We know receiving item(s) damaged during shipping is a frustrating process. Please be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than desired.
